REGISTRATION
Registration for the Pinellas Park Christmas Parade begins on September 1, 2026 and concludes on November 20, 2026. Whether you're an seasoned veteran or a first time participant, it's important to take time to review the Rules, Regulations, and Procedures document in it's entirety to make sure this parade is a good fit for your proposed entry. As the applicant, it is your sole responsibility to ensure your entry - and everyone that is a part of it - is compliant with the rules, regulations, and procedures.
There have been some changes implemented for 2026 to address some challenges from last year and to comply with new terms of our insurance requirements:
-
The parade committee is reinstating a true application process for participation. Following submission, the parade committee will get back to you within three business days with an approval, conditional approval given you make requested adjustments, or denial.
-
Application (entry) types have been adjusted to streamline the process. These can be reviewed in Section III of the Rules, Regulations, and Procedures document.
-
The maximum number of vehicles allowed for a Car Club Entry is being reduced from 20 to 15. Approval of more than one car club representing a certain make, model, or type of vehicle will be at the discretion of the parade committee.
-
Golf carts will be limited to one per entry and only in a support capacity (this excludes Car Club entries).
-
Handouts may only be distributed by walkers along the crowd line. They may no longer be thrown from vehicles.
-
Candy is no longer permitted as a handout.
