Private/Non-Profit Application

Private/Non-Profit applications are for private individuals or non-profit organizations. Private/Non-Profit entries are limited to four (4) vehicles and can have up to ten (10) walkers.

Up to four (4) vehicles are permitted. Please provided a description of each vehicle along with the length (e.g. "car - 15 feet" or truck with trailer - 35 feet")

Number of Walkers

Up to ten (10) walkers are permitted. Children under the age of 8 are not permitted to walk in the parade. Children in strollers or wagons do not count toward the total number of walkers.

Handouts

Please describe any handouts you plan to distribute during the parade. Handouts may only be distributed by walkers. Candy, bulky items, coins, pens/pencils, paper products of any kind (e.g. flyers, brochures, palm cards, business cards) are prohibited.

General Description

Please provide a general description of your entry. Include plans for a theme, music, or any additional information you believe to be relevant for the parade committee's review.

Before submitting the application, please note the following:

Allow up to three business days for feedback on your application from the parade committee.
Payment is required upon submission of your application through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required.
A representative from your entry is required to attend a mandatory participant meeting the week of the parade. There are two offerings for convenience: Wednesday, December 9 or Thursday, December 10. Both meetings are at 7:00PM at the Pinellas Park Public Works Operations Center (6250 82nd Avenue North).

Application Fee

$75

Application fees are refundable through Friday, December 4, 2026. If your application is denied, your fee will be completely refunded.
